3. Pension Schemes Bill: Money

4. Pension Schemes Bill: Ways and Means

(b) the amendment of section 177(5) of the Pensions Act 2004 so as to increase the limit in that provision on the amount that may be raised by pension protection levies imposed by the Board of the Pension Protection Fund.
