5Ways and Means: Provisional collection of taxes
Motion made and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 51(2)), That, pursuant to section 5 of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968, provisional statutory effect shall be given to the following motions:—
(a) Stamp duty reserve tax (UK listing relief) (motion no. 60);
(b) Rates of tobacco products duty (motion no. 65).—(Chancellor of the Exchequer.)

6Ways and Means: Income tax (charge)
Motion made and Question proposed, That income tax is charged for the tax year 2026–27.
